Kyvno 10 Year Limited Warranty

We believe in the quality of our products and we build them to last, still, we realize that sometimes things go wrong. Your new Kyvno mattress and adjustable base is covered by a 10 year limited warranty. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the mattress/adjustable base purchased from Kyvno LLC and is non-transferable. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. A copy of the original proof of purchase will be required to make a warranty claim.

**The mattress and adjustable base are sold as a set and must be used together. Your warranty will be void if your Kynvo mattress is used on a different adjustable base or if a different mattress is used on your Kyvno adjustable base**

This Limited Warranty covers:

• Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes permanent damage to the memory foam, despite proper set-up and normal use.
• Any physical flaw in the adjustable base despite proper set-up and normal use.
• Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch compared to the surrounding mattress areas after full recovery from load that is not associated with an indentation or sag.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Physical abuse or damage to the mattress and adjustable base, including but not limited to; burns, cuts, dents, tears, liquid damage, stains, or soiling.
• Damage from using your mattress with a different base other than your Kyvno adjustable base.
• Damage to your bed frame from using a different mattress other than your Kyvno mattress.
• Comfort preference, body impressions, normal increases in softness or settling of materials, normal wear and tear, sheet fit, mattress height are not covered by this limited warranty.
